AC.132, 창2:18-25, '본문, 개요, 배경'(AC.131-137)

18여호와 하나님이 이르시되 사람이 혼자 사는 것이 좋지 아니하니 내가 그를 위하여 돕는 배필을 지으리라 하시니라 And Jehovah God said, It is not good that the man should be alone, I will make him a help as with him.

인간은 주님의 인도하심으로 만족하지 않고, 대신 자신과 세상, 즉 자기 본성(own)으로 인도받기를 원하는 그런 존재이기 때문에, 그래서 그에게 허락된 본성을 여기서 다룹니다. (18절) Since man is such as not to be content to be led by the Lord, but desires to be led also by himself and the world, or by his own, therefore the own which was granted him is here treated of (verse 18).
